Still unsure of the effects of healthcare reform on your small business? We have the small business healthcare resources you need to know about.
The Texas Association of Health Underwriters (TAHU) is working to “interpret and explain” this topic to small business owners.
Beth Parker of The Eisen Agency referred us to this chapter, which is just one of the many under the umbrella of National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU).
According to TAHU’s home page, they have more than 1900 members whose goal it is to present you with the facts-nothing more. These are the subject matter experts that will walk you through the small business healthcare resources, all while keeping your best interest in mind.
When working with TAHU, or any other chapter of NAHU, you are guaranteed to be met with professionalism and respect. Each member abides by the Code of Ethics that NAHU has put into place. Below are just a few key points in that Code. You can find the full list on their website.
- To keep paramount the needs of those whom I serve.
- To respect my clients’ trust in me, and to never do anything which would betray their trust or confidence.
- To give all service possible when service is needed.
- To present policies factually and accurately, providing all information necessary for the issuance of sound insurance coverage to the public I serve.
